The Fiery Grandma’s Bullet Coffee

Due to popular request, I am posting my favorite recipe for bullet coffee. Keep in mind, there are many recipes out there and mine is tailored to my taste. Take this recipe, tweak it, make it your own. Enjoy this high fat, meal replacement and remember, always replace the electrolytes lost by enjoying caffeine and this delicious coffee.

  • 8 ounces brewed, hot coffee (your favorite, mine is Highlander Grogg)
  • 1 tablespoon MCT Oil
  • 1 tablespoon real butter or ghee
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/16 teaspoon organic Stevia (to taste)
  • Dash raw cream or coconut cream

Put all ingredients into your Nutri Bullet cup. Blend for 2 minutes to emulsify the butter and oil. Slowly open (contents are pressurized and will spew ingredients if opened too quickly, trust me…I know firsthand, what a mess) pour into your favorite coffee cup, straining off the foam.

Sit back, relax and enjoy your nutrient dense cup of Joe. By the way, I use this as a meal replacement. The healthy fats will make you full, be sure to drink plenty of water and Hydrate to replace the electrolytes you are flushing out and using.

Bona petite.
