Have you ever wanted something to get better? I know I sure have yet for years nothing changed. Here we are at the end of not only another year, but we have come to the end of another decade! If you are like me, if you want things to get better THEN something has to change.

I’m not sure what you are wanting to get better. For me and my family, it is our health. As hubby and I age, he is 72 and I’m 62 we are noticing things we used to take for granted are shouting out to be paid attention to. For instance, taking care of our grandkids daily we find the energy we once had wains come early afternoon. Do you have the stamina you once had? Wish you had the drive and desire you had when you were 30, 40 or 50?

Back in March 2018, I took a 45-day challenge. I knew I needed to lose weight. I knew I needed to do something to regain my health, it was spiraling downward out of control. High blood pressure was looming in the shadows, sleep apnea roared in the wee hours of the morning waking, scaring my husband. Acid reflux was a daily occurrence as was drinking aloe to soothe my burning throat. Bloating and gas were always haunting me…I could go on, but why make you suffer with me? What I didn’t know and wanted to was what to do about it. I didn’t know where to start.

Focusing on losing weight is where I started.

The journey that started that day in March would be one of un-learning, re-learning and changing one bad habit at a time. Wanting things to get better included making a decision to change … ME … my way of thinking … living … sleeping … eating and moving. That process allowed me to gain the knowledge I needed to take and keep off 70 pounds for over a year now. That high blood pressure, sleep apnea, acid reflux and gas and bloating are now things of my past. Now it’s time to help you, my friends and family to learn, too. I know there are others out there in the same exact spot I was just 21-months ago. There has to be a way to reach them, help them, encourage them…is the “them” possibly YOU?
